To enable the Measuring Tool, select the ruler icon in the bottom left corner of the map. Click the cross on the map to set one end, then click anywhere on the map to set the other end.
While the measuring tool is active, other features may temporarily be disabled, such as Tax Parcel Maps.
To disable the ruler, click the ruler icon again.
